Ross, a seasoned director and cinematographer, began his illustrious career in 1979 at Channel Ten in Sydney. Over the years, he has honed his skills across multiple roles, from audio assistant and camera operator to director at notable stations such as TEN10 and GTV9 Melbourne. His passion for storytelling is matched by his technical prowess, which has been instrumental in producing compelling music videos, EPKs, and music documentaries for renowned artists like Midnight Oil, Tina Arena, Hugh Jackman, and many others. Ross’s work in the music industry has earned him seven major awards, including three Golden Guitars for Music Video of the Year.

Since 2010, Ross has shifted focus towards corporate films and commercials, producing high-impact films for major clients including Westfield, Cognizant, Navitas, CRT and Nanosonics among others. His contributions extend to web and TV campaigns for leading companies such as Electronic Arts, 20th Century Fox, ServiceNow, UK DIT, and Hachette Publishing.

Justin Wood has been a master of motion graphics for well over 15 years, blowing clients away with his ability to take a standard brief and turning it into VFX gold. Justin is just as skilful a shooter, with every frame beautifully crafted into a story well told.
